Requirements
  • 1 year of quality experience in production/manufacturing
  • Neat and legible handwriting
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 60lbs
  • Understanding and operation of lab equipment
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Adherence to Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice policies
  • Timely testing to prevent production delays
Responsibilities
  • Perform physical testing on raw eggs and finished products
  • Train new technicians
  • Calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
  • Inventory and ordering of lab supplies
  • General housekeeping
  • Follow safety policies and maintain GMP's
  • Manage hand washing station and footbaths
  • Manage chemical inventory and pH levels
  • Run CIP circuits and titrate chemicals
  • Maintain plant cleanliness
  • Record corrective actions and perform audits
  • Perform special projects and other assigned duties
