- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Walk the property grounds and common areas.
- Pick up trash and debris.
- Perform minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.
