Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex calendar and keep the Chief Strategy Officer well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
  • Arrange detailed, complex travel itineraries and agendas, and compile documents required for business trips
  • Follow all internal policies and processes, including travel and expense reporting, and work with Compliance to obtain required approvals
  • Exercise strong judgment when conflicts arise, handle matters proactively and expeditiously, and ensure successful completion of projects under firm deadlines
  • Organize and facilitate team engagements, social activities, and outings
