Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP-SuccessFactors Administrator credentials
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes, SDLC best practices, ticketing systems including Freshworks, and Jira
  • Experience with data tools like Data Loader and Demand Tools is preferred
  • Prior experience with business additional applications: Salesforce, NetSuite, Varicent, Totango, Zendesk, SmartRecruiters, and Boomi is a plus
  • Excellent ability to work across the organization with users at various levels of application proficiency
  • Passion to work within a fast paced, high energy, high tech environment
  • Must have very good written and verbal communication skill
  • Must be self-motivated and pro-active
  • Comfortable working on a variety of simple to complex projects
  • Comfortable working with Large organization with global footprint would be a plus
  • Prior experience with Agile methodology
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or Information Systems preferred
Responsibilities
  • Resolve production support tickets and address logged issues for global SAP-SuccessFactors application
  • Manage users and coordinate escalations as necessary
  • Identify opportunities for application enhancement
  • Create and manage all aspects of users’ application security in SuccessFactors
  • Prepare and execute manual data migrations
  • Configure system settings, workflows, and processes to meet specific business requirements
  • Update and document knowledge base articles and system process flows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth integration between modules
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within SuccessFactors
  • Stay informed about system updates and industry best practices
  • Contribute to the bi-annual SuccessFactors release management process
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for key HR metrics
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
  • Support the broader production team by triaging issues for other business applications
  • Work effectively with business stakeholders, development team, and run-team members
  • Provide after-hours support when required
  • Contribute to the bi-annual SuccessFactors release management process
