Requirements
  • 1-3 years of successful Demand Planning/ Production Planning experience
  • Fluency in SAP or similar ERP
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with the team, peers, management, and external contacts.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Project, and Excel.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and negotiate to meet critical timelines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make critical decisions in conjunction with project stakeholders.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (Business, Supply Chain, etc) strongly preferred
  • ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification(s) preferred
Responsibilities
  • Effectively evaluate current material control standards, prepare, and maintain basic reports.
  • Analyze supplier capability, participate in make/buy studies and cost analysis.
  • Create integrated project plans and schedules for the supply team's capital and development projects.
  • Support the planning and coordination of new product introductions and assess the impact and support changes to overall production schedules.
  • PTO backfill for production planners
  • Evaluate work centers and production operations for standard time reductions
  • Production analysis as directed
