Responsibilities
Draft complaints and initial discovery.
Forward complaints to process servers and monitor service of process.
Draft discovery responses.
Calendar and notice depositions and leaves of absence.
Draft and file standard motions and motion responses.
Calendar litigation timelines.
Conduct client status update calls and client update calls.
Send and follow up on non-party discovery requests.
Assist in trial preparation.
Desired Qualifications
