Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business with health plans, employers, health systems and virtual care providers
  • Create sales presentations, proposals and contract documentation that articulate compelling value propositions to target partners
  • Negotiate and close new contracts
  • Work cross-functionally with Oura sales, clinical, legal, client success and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for Oura's enterprise healthcare partners
  • Monitor the success of programs by evaluating key performance indicators in the areas of health outcomes, operational and financial metrics
  • Develop and manage partnerships in the consultant/broker verticals
  • Represent Oura at industry conferences and events
