- Business-level written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Project management and client solution implementation experience.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and reading logs.
- Experience working with web technologies, including web servers, application servers, and Tomcat.
- Experience with Linux.
- Understanding of or exposure to web content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, and Drupal; eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, and Magento; and other content management systems such as Veeva and Contentful.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of scripting and regular expressions.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Solutions Architects team to gather and analyze configuration requirements from clients.
- Draft project plans containing implementation details and timelines, including risk analysis.
- Ensure implementation deadlines are met.
- Coordinate installation, setup, and upgrades of GlobalLink connectors with internal teams and client system integrators.
- Coordinate and verify configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools based on client requirements.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact and technical escalation point for internal teams and external clients.
- Assist the support team with client configuration issues.
- Work with the Product Management team throughout the GlobalLink product lifecycle, reporting client technical issues and requesting product functionality based on direct client exposure.
- Assist clients with coordinating GlobalLink connector upgrades.
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and upgrade the GlobalLink suite of products.
- Create custom reports for clients in MySQL.
- Mentor new team members as needed.
- Prepare training and procedures to contribute to continuous improvement of the team's work.
- Provide training to clients as needed.
- Contribute to internal projects.
- Complete other appropriate tasks assigned by the supervisor.

- Ability to work with remote teams using online messaging.
- Knowledge of computer-assisted translation tools, translation environments, translation portals, localization tools, machine translation, post-editing, terminology, and translation memory tools.
- Experience with Corrective and Preventive Action processes.
