As an Engineering Operations Intern, you’ll be embedded within our Data & Technology organization, working alongside talented professionals in engineering, product management, and operations. This internship is designed to give you real-world exposure to  the day-to-day operations of an organization, SCRUM framework, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects, while benefiting from mentorship opportunities and learning about the intersection of digital marketing and technology. What You’ll Be Doing

• Gain hands-on experience in operations, supporting workflows, managing timelines, and helping ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
• Contribute to operational efficiencies by implementing and improving processes, learning and applying Scrum, and utilizing project management skills to keep projects on track.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to understand how different areas intersect to deliver value.
• Build relationships across PMG’s teams while contributing to events, special projects, and operational initiatives.
• Partnering with various business functions to support the adherence to and rollout of business processes and initiatives, such as L&D programs, team recruiting, and other strategic efforts.
• Benefit from mentorship opportunities, learning from experienced professionals about the digital marketing and technology landscape.

What You Will Bring

• Current enrollment as a rising senior undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in product management, business operations, communications, or a related field and seeking a Summer 2025 internship.
• A strong interest in technology, project management, and operational excellence.

• Experience managing projects or familiarity with the Scrum framework is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for organizing and communicating operational tasks.
• Experience or interest in learning project management tools to assist with task tracking and team coordination.
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and operational insights.
• Exposure to or curiosity about technical operations processes, with a proactive approach to understanding systems and workflows.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• A proactive attitude, seeking out opportunities to contribute, take initiative, and grow from feedback.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

• Must be based in Dallas or Fort Worth, TX, and available to work in-office 5 days a week (PMG cannot provide relocation assistance for this paid internship).
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, as PMG cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
