- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in mobile app development, particularly with React and Expo.
- Proven experience in team management and project leadership.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (e.g., Git), and deployment processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Oversee code reviews, ensuring high-quality coding standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain the mobile application using React and Expo.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an engaging and user-friendly interface.
- Identify, prioritize, and address technical debt to enhance performance and maintainability. Implement best practices in code management and software development.
- Work closely with product management to maintain and prioritize the development backlog. Ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Investigate and resolve application issues reported by users or identified during testing.
- Continuously monitor application performance and make improvements as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for the codebase, development processes, and troubleshooting guides.
