Responsibilities
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, breakrooms, and workspaces.
Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish necessary supplies.
Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste appropriately.
Clean windows, doors, fixtures, and other surfaces as needed.
Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and sanitation standards.
Perform minor repairs, including replacing light bulbs, door handles, locks, ceiling tiles, and similar items.
Assist with routine building maintenance and facility inspections.
Identify and report major maintenance or repair issues to management.
Set up, move, and organize furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Perform basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general repair work when required.
Assist with preventive maintenance to help keep facilities and equipment in good working condition.
Follow company safety policies and established sanitation standards.
Safely operate custodial equipment, maintenance tools, and related equipment.
Properly use, store, and handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines.
Keep walkways, entrances, work areas, and common areas clean and free of hazards.
Promptly report unsafe conditions or potential safety concerns.
Desired Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
