Requirements
Basic maintenance skills, or willingness to learn.
Ability to climb ladders and stairs; bend, kneel, work around equipment, and lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions.
Ability to talk, sit, stand, stoop, and bend.
Verbal and written communication, listening, and customer service skills.
Leadership skills and willingness to be an effective team member.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
Flexibility and problem-solving ability.
Hand-eye coordination and ability to grasp and assemble objects.
Excellent or corrected vision, including ability to distinguish basic color groups, and excellent hearing.
Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Keep buildings and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Perform daily cleaning tasks indoors and outdoors.
Walk assigned sites regularly and identify anything requiring attention.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
Flag larger issues to the management team for resolution.
Stay on schedule and complete jobs fully and correctly.
Keep simple, accurate records of completed work.

What You’ll Be Doing
Keep buildings and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
Perform daily cleaning tasks indoors and outdoors
Walk your sites regularly, keeping an eye out for anything that needs attention
Take care of minor repairs and maintenance tasks as they come up
Flag bigger issues to the management team so they can be handled quickly
Stay on top of your schedule and wrap up jobs completely and correctly
Keep simple, accurate records of the work you’ve completed
