Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of applicable experience in hazardous waste site investigation and remediation.
  • Ability to speak and write professionally.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising technical and administrative staff.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated business development and client management experience.
  • Experience developing, managing, and/or performing due diligence, regulatory compliance, and environmental management system audits.
  • Experience with Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments for real estate development.
  • Experience with site investigation and remediation under state voluntary programs, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Corrective Action.
  • Environmental compliance experience, including spill response plans, water and waste permitting, and compliance audits.
Responsibilities
  • Manage current clients and develop new business.
  • Manage projects and provide senior direction on projects for real estate, manufacturing, industrial, governmental, waste management, and energy clients.
  • Mentor junior staff.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is a plus.
