Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute on a vision for improving operations procedures
  • Partner with key People team stakeholders to deliver operational support
  • Design and implement programs to minimize manual transactions and automate processes
  • Lead Workday Data Integrity initiatives
  • Implement creative solutions to engage employees and managers with people technology
  • Deliver deep insights into People Operations activities and processes
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the People Generalist
  • Maintain a working knowledge of global policy and regulations
