  • Significant experience in home care (SAD) is required.
  • Availability to be on call is essential for this sector.
  • A vehicle is required for travel to patients.
  • Ability to adapt to resources being reassigned according to anticipated needs specified in the service-provider agreement.
Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care and quality assessments to support users' ability to remain at home in the Havre-Saint-Pierre community.
  • Work with a high level of autonomy in the Minganie territory.
