  • 4+ years experience producing a live service mobile game
  • 4+ years Experience with production processes and methodologies including Agile, SCRUM and waterfall
  • Experience with productivity and collaboration tools/software with an emphasis on spreadsheets, word processor and BI Tools (Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications
  • Fluent in Japanese
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts to drive Pokémon GO’s Live Operations strategy
  • Support quarterly/annual Pokémon GO Live Operations aligned to OKRs, seasons, and business objectives
  • Break down multifaceted issues into workable components to guide seasonal planning
  • Partner with QA to ensure events are properly set up and thoroughly tested
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners
  • Engage with team leadership to present data-driven results and recaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders
  • Required in-office 2 days on Wednesday and Thursday
