Requirements

Proficient knowledge and management of mid-sized, high-quality tenant improvement projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, AutoCAD for plan viewing, and DocuSign.
Proficiency in plan reading, problem solving, technical writing, critical thinking, and risk mitigation.
Ability to inspect job sites by walking 3–5 miles and climbing stairs, ladders, and scaffolding.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
Ability to commute to job sites.

Responsibilities

Plan and sequence projects.
Schedule subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
Coordinate construction activities through the project schedule.
Oversee safety orientations, weekly meetings, toolbox talks, and preinstallation meetings.
Participate in the request for information and submittal process.
Supervise stormwater management, inspections, and other regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with ownership and design teams to recognize and resolve constructability issues.
Provide strategic vision for field operations and project participants.
Oversee all on-site operations for tenant improvement construction projects and ensure completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

We are looking for a Superintendent to join our team and lead field operations related to tenant improvement construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong construction background who thrives in dynamic environments and takes charge of delivering high-quality work through efficient planning and execution.

About the Role:
As a Superintendent, you'll oversee all on-site operations for tenant improvement construction projects. You’ll lead and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to execute work proficiently on the project, be responsible for project safety, quality, and compliance, and ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. If you’re an organized, proactive leader with the ability to work well under pressure, along with managing and motivating a team of construction professionals—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and sequence projects.

What You Bring:

Experience: 5+ years in tenant improvement construction or a related field. Proficient knowledge and management of mid-sized high quality tenant improvement projects.
Systems Knowledge: Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, AutoCAD (for plan viewing), and DocuSign.
Skills: Proficient in plan reading, problem solving, technical writing, critical thinking, and risk mitigation.
