Requirements
  • Ability to work 100% remotely
  • 8+ years in Commissions (or equivalent function)
  • 3+ years experience managing a team
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
  • Proven track record in Sales compensation management at a rapidly growing software company / SaaS environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Results oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and oral
  • Strong analytical skills in interpreting data to recommend actions to management in a consultative manner
  • Ability to lead without the need for direct authority
  • Expert in MS Excel, Xactly and Salesforce
  • Expert in Sales Compensation and ability to execute within a growing organization
  • Experience working with sales applications
Responsibilities
  • Create and implement compensation strategy and plans for go-to-market team including Sales, SDRs, CSMs, and Leadership teams
  • Lead Sales compensation analyst(s) team and oversee execution of plans
  • Ensure timely and accurate calculations administered by the analyst team
  • Develop SOPs for Commissions and appropriate audit checks prior to submission to payroll
  • Define and implement robust commission policies and documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and HR on exceptions or commissions issues
  • Monitor the effectiveness of sales plans and periodic SPIFFs that may be implemented
  • Track payout performance and productivity and forecast of payouts
  • Create and present executive level presentations related to sales compensation and productivity
