About the company

Sparrow Partners develops and runs rental communities for adults aged 55 and older. It handles the full process from choosing sites and building the projects to managing the properties through its Sparrow Living subsidiary. The company builds one- and two-bedroom apartments (roughly 600 to 1,450 square feet) in brand communities such as Amberlin and Mera, offering resort-style amenities like pools, fitness centers, libraries, and social activities. Its construction team is licensed in Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Florida, and the firm operates across the Sun Belt in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Oklahoma, Florida, and Georgia. Sparrow Partners differentiates itself by being vertically integrated—controlling development, construction, and property management in-house—which helps ensure quality and a cohesive resident experience. The goal is to provide healthy seniors with a maintenance-free, downsized living option that fits their active lifestyle, while expanding in high-growth markets.
