- Apply deep understanding of Department of War, Intelligence Community, and Foreign Material Exploitation enterprise landscapes to identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
- Assist the Government in monitoring program cost, schedule, and performance targets, and develop and maintain overviews of management activities, in-process projects, and innovation activities.
- Assist the Government in developing program messaging, maintaining the strategic plan, and facilitating senior leader and Foreign Materiel Program community engagements to garner broader support for the T2 program.
- Assist the Government in organizing, documenting, and tracking T2 engagements, ongoing projects, and potential plans using current systems such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence.
- Research alternative contracting vehicles, including Other Transaction Authorities and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts, and identify funding resources.
- Support the Government in drafting solicitation materials, tracking subcontractor development projects, and tracking vendor progress.
- Translate complex technical concepts into high-level messaging for General Officers and Senior Executive Service members.
