Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing execution, ideally in a technology or software-services environment.
  • A performance-marketing orientation, measuring work by leads, pipeline, and revenue generated.
  • Hands-on experience executing across content, search engine optimization, paid media, and web.
  • Hands-on technical and on-page search engine optimization competence.
  • Ownership of outcomes, proactive communication of status, results, and roadblocks, analytical rigor with metrics, dashboards, and attribution, execution discipline, and brand sensibility.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, WordPress, and other marketing technologies, with the ability to independently manage them from a marketing operations perspective.
  • Comfort making and managing site changes in WordPress.
Responsibilities
  • Produce, edit, and publish blog and pillar content against the search engine optimization cluster strategy.
  • Run the publishing calendar in priority order and keep content moving.
  • Write across every piece in Bellwood's brand voice.
  • Create supporting graphics for blog posts, social distribution, and paid media using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Own technical and on-page search engine optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, H1 structure, schema markup, sitemap coverage, and internal linking.
  • Make site changes in WordPress, including landing pages, copy updates, calls to action, and design-element edits, with a staging-and-review step before publishing live.
  • Build and optimize key conversion pages, including the project-start page and diagnostic-audit landing page.
  • Manage business listings and local/GEO presence to strengthen discoverability.
  • Monitor organic performance and continuously improve pages for search and conversion.
  • Run paid programs across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels within budget.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns targeted to Bellwood's ideal customer profiles.
  • Track and report cost-per-click and cost-per-qualified-lead by channel, and shift spend toward what performs.
  • Partner with the Head of Revenue on quarterly budget recalibration based on lead economics.
  • Maintain marketing performance reporting.
  • Report results in revenue terms, including qualified leads generated and pipeline influenced.
  • Surface what is working and what is not proactively and on a regular cadence.
  • Keep marketing activity connected to the customer relationship management and marketing automation platform, HubSpot, so lead flow stays clean.
  • Support conference and event presence through logistics, follow-up, and lead capture.
  • Execute brand-awareness efforts across local events and LinkedIn.
  • Keep Bellwood's external presence consistent, professional, and on-message.
  • Own the day-to-day marketing function's execution and outcomes.
