- Established residency in Pennsylvania.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- At least two years of experience as a CRM Systems Administrator and willingness to continue related education and maintain certifications.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service+, Shield, and Own Backup.
- Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ).
- Experience with Conga Document Automation, including Composer and Sign.
- Proficiency with Agile project management and JIRA.
- Proficiency with DocuSign eSignature.
- Proficiency with Git and Bitbucket.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Scripting skills using Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), Apex, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
- Ability to develop and maintain CRM custom objects, formula fields, workflows, validation rules, custom views, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage and support the CRM systems platform for an organization of more than 300 users.
- Provide ongoing user assistance and support user adoption and the business value of the CRM implementation.
- Manage users, configure systems, and handle user support through help desk cases.
- Develop custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules aligned with business processes.
- Set up automation to streamline tasks while maintaining system stability and security.
- Create and maintain documentation for users and internal teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand, analyze, and improve CRM systems and integrations with third-party tools or systems.
- Communicate with consultants and vendors when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience with additional CRM products.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing technology and company needs, and manage multiple tasks.
