The USPB ICRM Business Execution Lead reports to the head of USPB ICRM Compliance Programs and is responsible for managing the staffing and resource management process for the USPB ICRM Program, coordinating the Program’s adherence to the firm’s organizational design principles. The role also manages the agenda and related follow-ups for the Program’s leadership team meetings. The Business Execution role involves partnering with stakeholders across the USPB ICRM leadership team and across other teams in ICRM. The role requires high quality writing and editing skills, high quality organizational skills and an ability to clearly articulate a range of organizational processes to senior management in USPB ICRM.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the staffing and resource management process for the USPB ICRM Program
• Coordinate the Program’s adherence to the firm’s organizational design principles
• Manage the agenda and related follow-ups for the Program’s leadership team meetings
• As needed, produce speaking notes and materials to be used by the CCO of USPB in various senior meetings and forums
• Supporting, as needed, USPB ICRM-wide special initiatives
• Additional responsibilities, as needed

• Ability to synthesize detailed processes and present the key point to senior audiences.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and inform decision-making with senior management.

• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and comprehend end-to-end program processes.
• Excellent follow-up and time management skills.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Education:

• Bachelors (4 Year University) Degree or equivalent work experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
