Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM), IoT Programs

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic IoT team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of complex Internet of Things (IoT) projects across various industries. The successful candidate will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring that IoT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Mandatory Skills

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with IoT solutions

Responsibilities

Drive the PMO team in planning, execution, and delivery of IoT projects.
Develop and maintain a project management framework tailored to IoT solutions, incorporating best practices in technology development and project management.
Drive development using agile methodologies
Manage project portfolios, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to IoT implementations across the business.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, product management, and sales to align project objectives and business goals.
Oversee risk management processes, identifying potential project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present regular project reports and dashboards to senior management, providing insights into project status, milestones, and resource allocation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO, introducing innovative project management techniques and tools.
Mentor and develop project management staff, enhancing their skills in IoT project delivery and leadership. Act as the Change champion to plan and manage change management activities and gain buy-in for effective transition to new ways of working and thinking.
