About the job

Requirements
  • At least 6 years of product management experience with a growth focus, including direct ownership of acquisition, activation, or monetization for a freemium or subscription product.
  • A track record of running structured growth experiments, including A/B testing and funnel analysis, and turning results into shipped product decisions.
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort partnering directly with data science to define metrics and build measurement from the ground up.
  • Experience with monetization, pricing, or packaging strategy; usage-based or credit-based models are especially relevant.
  • Familiarity with the professional design-tools competitive landscape is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
  • Own the product's end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, including migration of an existing adjacent user base, activation, retention, and monetization, from private beta through general availability.
  • Build the growth measurement and experimentation foundation by partnering with data science to instrument the funnel, define metrics, and establish an experimentation practice.
  • Work with product marketing to define and drive monetization strategy in partnership with the platform's product team.
  • Run growth experiments end to end, from hypothesis through analysis to shipped change, balancing major growth opportunities with quick improvements that remove everyday friction.
  • Ground growth prioritization in existing research, including audience segmentation, competitive studies, and beta-user profiling, and commission research to address meaningful gaps.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to ship growth work and track adjacent creative and design tools so the product's growth story remains differentiated.
  • As scope broadens, extend the growth strategy and measurement discipline to a second product and its wider portfolio.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience monetizing generative AI features or credit-based packaging.
  • Experience taking a product through private beta to general availability.
  • Prior experience in a large creative-software or design-tools ecosystem.

Citi's Radke: AI splits software into winners like Microsoft and losers like Adobe

Citi's Tyler Radke says AI is splitting software into winners and losers. Radke, co-head of US software equity research, told Bloomberg Television that AI is lifting growth at Microsoft, Palantir, and Snowflake. He expects Microsoft's revenue growth to top 20%, up from 18% in the quarter ended June 30. Office costs under $100 a month and bundles security and Copilot, while rivals charge hundreds of dollars, leaving room to raise prices. Adobe and smaller application vendors face pressure as IT budgets shift to AI, he said. Salesforce agreed to buy Braze for $47.50 per share in cash. Radke questions whether Salesforce can speed up organic growth after half a dozen large deals. If financing stays costly, he expects scale to decide who survives.

Trellist launches AI transformation practice for Adobe Experience Cloud teams

Trellist, a marketing and technology services firm, has made its AI Transformation practice available to Adobe Experience Cloud teams. The practice helps teams using Adobe Experience Manager, Target, and Analytics adopt AI-first infrastructure: connected systems, fewer handoffs, and AI agents that carry work between steps. Trellist starts by mapping a campaign's handoffs, from brief to analysis, and finding where AI can shorten, reorder, or remove them. The aim is faster time to market. The firm cites more than a decade of Adobe experience, including 250 personalization activities delivered for one client in a year. Elsewhere, it reports a 90% cut in lead handling time for a B2B manufacturer and a 30% drop in customer service calls for a logistics operator. Engagements start with one high-friction process and expand from there.

Adobe shifts to narrower AI metric: AI-first products are just over 2% of $27.5B recurring revenue

Adobe now highlights a narrower AI measure: revenue from products sold as "AI-first." A year ago, it stressed how much subscription revenue was AI-influenced, a figure that exceeded $5 billion in fiscal Q3 2025. AI-first recurring revenue made up just over 2% of Adobe's $27.5 billion total recurring revenue in fiscal Q3 2026. It grew more than 150% from a year earlier, against 11.2% for total recurring revenue. Monthly users of Adobe's free creative products passed 100 million, up more than 70%. Contracted future revenue grew 8%. On October 12, Wells Fargo downgraded the stock, citing worsening organic growth, executive instability, and lost pricing power. Adobe trades at 12.9 times earnings, against 21.9 for the S&P 500.

Adobe and Heathrow partner on AI-powered digital experience for 84M annual passengers

Adobe and Heathrow Airport have extended their partnership to enhance digital experiences for over 84 million annual passengers using AI-powered technology. Heathrow's new website will be built on Adobe CX Enterprise solutions, incorporating Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Brand Visibility. The partnership aims to deliver personalised experiences and improve content discoverability across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot. Stephen Glenfield, Heathrow's Head of Digital, said the technology enables deeper passenger relationships and ensures accurate information delivery across platforms. The airport's website receives over 50 million visitors annually and will use Adobe's agentic AI system to manage the entire customer lifecycle, from engagement to loyalty.
