Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance roles.
- Experience in industrial, naval, energy, or heavy-equipment maintenance environments is valued.
- Experience coordinating and monitoring technical teams.
- A Licenciatura in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, or similar fields.
- Solid knowledge of electromechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment failures.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of budget control and maintenance cost management.
- Technical English is valued.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
- Diagnose failures and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Ensure the proper operation of electromechanical equipment and systems.
- Prepare maintenance plans and technical procedures.
- Coordinate technical teams and external service providers.
- Monitor equipment installation, testing, and start-up.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability indicators.
- Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
- Support spare-parts management and material requirements.
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation.
- Maintain the good condition of yard equipment and tools, identifying operational improvements and maintenance needs from both the users' perspective and for more complex interventions.
- Manage, prepare, and organize maintenance-management documentation.
- Coordinate and carry out regular inspections of equipment, machinery, systems, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
