- A first experience in luxury hospitality and night reception is recommended.
- Professional English is strongly recommended.
- The role requires interpersonal skills, integrity, discretion and confidentiality, curiosity, good presentation and elocution, rigor and organization, versatility, and team spirit.
- Welcome and take care of guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
- Accompany and guide guests to the hotel's services and outlets.
- Perform check-ins and check-outs according to current procedures and manage walk-ins.
- Handle technical complaints from guests when technicians are unavailable.
- Prepare management reports for the following day.
- Work the scheduled night shift from 23:00 to 07:20.
