Senior Creatio Developer

Job Description

About the role 

SmartDev is a Creatio implementation partner delivering enterprise CRM programmes for banks. The current engagement is an on-premises banking CRM with fifteen integration interfaces to core banking and surrounding systems, five promotion environments, and the bank's own change control over every release. 

This is the technical core seat, and it is for someone already certified and already fluent in the platform. You write server-side logic and custom web services in versioned Creatio packages, build Freedom UI components where the standard palette is not enough, and own the integration contracts with the bank's systems. 

Two constraints are not negotiable here: the product core is never modified, only supported extension points are used; and external systems never touch the Creatio database directly — everything goes through OData, DataService and governed APIs. 

The third principle surprises most developers: you write code only where configuration genuinely cannot do the job. Your value on a low-code programme is measured as much by the code avoided as by the code shipped. 

Qualifications

Requirements 

• Active Creatio Developer certification. Hard requirement for this opening; advanced-level certification is a significant plus. 

• 3+ years developing on Creatio for real client implementations. 

• Strong C# / .NET, plus working JavaScript and Angular for Freedom UI customization. 

• Package architecture and versioning: file-system development backed by Git, dependency management, promotion across environments. 

• Platform data access: EntitySchemaQuery, Entity, and the direct query classes, with the judgement to choose between them. 

• Integration work you built yourself: REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, authentication, retries, idempotency, error handling. 

• SQL Server performance: you can read an execution plan and fix a slow query rather than route around it. 

• English at B2 or above. 

Strong advantages 

• Banking or fintech domain. 

• On-premises deployment and clio CLI automation. 

• Redis, Docker, CI/CD pipeline construction. 

• RTL or Arabic interface work. 

• Experience mentoring developers new to the platform — you would be one of the most experienced platform people in the team. 

What you will own 

• Server-side logic, custom services and Freedom UI components for assigned areas. 

• Integration implementation against the bank's service bus and core systems. 

• Code and configuration review across the team. 

• Contribution to the practice's reusable accelerator set.
