Requirements
  • BA degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of related experience in arts, marketing, design, public relations or related industries
  • Superior writing and communication skills
  • Positive energy, willingness to learn, and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Thorough and detail-oriented with the ability to pivot quickly
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast paced environment on multifaceted, multichannel projects
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for contemporary art, editorial & publishing
  • Experience working with Google Suite toolset (Gmail Docs, Drive, Calendar)
  • Experience working with one or more project team collaboration tools ideally Notion and Slack
Responsibilities
  • Attending key meetings, taking notes, and being an active participant and knowledgeable resource
  • Managing CMO’s correspondence and schedule with thoughtful prioritization around time management
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing department
  • Supporting x-channel campaigns and activations including live events, digital campaigns, advertising, partnerships, client outreach, direct mail, and more
  • Planning travel and managing expense reports
  • Fostering team culture through planning and executing on team-building events and outreach
