Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Run administration for all global internal investigations (US and international), including report writing, case tracking, and periodic reporting
- Provide litigation support on all employment law related litigation and administrative matters
- Track employment law updates and collaborate on employee facing policies (such as the handbook), as well as internal SOPs
- Collaborate with other Klaviyo business teams to track budget guidelines and spend, as well as submit invoices and make payments
- Continually identify opportunities to improve processes, determine best practices, and increase efficiency for conducting and tracking investigations, as well as for employment law related matters
- Handle other special projects as assigned and build relationships across the organization
