Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT)
- One year of experience in diagnostic radiology
- Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support
Responsibilities
- A training position preparing individuals to gain certification. Residents will work under the supervision of a registered CT technologist in providing CT exams per physician orders.
- Position will offer eligibility for certification after 22 weeks of clinical and didactic training.
- After successful completion of program, the resident will be eligible to apply for the ARRT certification examination.
- Upon passing the certification exam, residents will be assigned to positions as CT Technologists and agree to a two year employment commitment with Northside.
- Work hours are 8AM - 5PM
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
- Ability to insert an intravenous catheter
