About the job

Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science and 1 to 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply advanced signal-processing techniques, including Fourier transforms, wavelet analysis, and filtering, to extract meaningful features from intracranial electroencephalography signals.
  • Analyze spectral data from intracranial electroencephalography recordings to identify patterns and features associated with specific neural activities or clinical conditions.
  • Build, train, and optimize supervised, unsupervised, and deep-learning machine-learning models to detect and classify biomarkers from high-dimensional intracranial electroencephalography data.
  • Identify potential biomarkers, including power spectral density, phase coherence, and connectivity metrics, from intracranial spectral data, and validate their relevance for neurological or psychiatric disorders.
  • Work with neuroscientists, clinicians, and engineers to integrate data-analysis pipelines with clinical trials and experimental protocols.
  • Organize, preprocess, and manage large-scale intracranial electroencephalography datasets using data-science best practices to ensure data integrity and reproducibility.
