Responsibilities
Warmly greet customers upon entry, creating an inviting and approachable atmosphere.
Share the brand's story, including its Irish heritage, and welcome customers to the flagship store to help connect them emotionally with the brand.
Assess customer needs quickly and direct them to the appropriate stylist or sales associate for personalized service.
Support an organized and smooth experience during high-traffic periods by maintaining awareness of store flow and wait times.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure every customer receives attentive service, including offering services and following up with clients as needed.
Maintain an upbeat, professional presence that reflects the brand's values of kindness, craftsmanship, and community.
Assist with opening and closing duties, tidying entry areas, restocking, and supporting the team as needed.

The Role
The Guest Experience Specialist will create an exceptional first impression for every guest who walks through our doors. This role embodies the warmth, hospitality, and storytelling that define the Frank & Eileen brand by welcoming customers and ensuring every customer feels seen. The ideal candidate will create a warm environment and seamlessly connect customers with the right member of our team. This is a seasonal position with full time hours.

Compensation
Hourly Rate from $20-$24
