Responsibilities
Provide full-spectrum outpatient gynecology with a strong emphasis on perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopausal care.
Provide hormonal and non-hormonal management strategies.
Manage uterine health conditions, including abnormal uterine bleeding and fibroids.
Evaluate and treat endometriosis and complex pelvic pain.
Provide preventive and longitudinal women’s health care.
Perform office-based gynecologic procedures, including IUD placement, Nexplanon procedures, endometrial biopsy, and colposcopy, within scope.
Perform gynecologic surgical procedures, including hysterectomy and other advanced procedures as appropriate.
Help define and lead a regional midlife women’s health and menopause-focused program.
Work collaboratively within a multispecialty women’s health practice and referral network.
Desired Qualifications

MFM Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gynecologist to join a well-established, physician-led Women’s Health practice on the North Shore of Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving, 20+ year community-based practice and play a central role in expanding a growing Midlife Women’s Health and Menopause Program.

This is a gynecology-only role with no obstetrics, no hospital call, and no inpatient responsibilities.

Clinical Focus & Practice Model

Surgical & Procedural Practice
Physicians have access to surgical care through affiliated community hospitals with experienced OR teams and robotic surgery capability.
Procedural scope includes:
Office-based gynecologic procedures (IUDs, Nexplanon, endometrial biopsy, colposcopy, and others within scope)
Gynecologic surgical procedures, including hysterectomy and other advanced procedures as appropriate
