Responsibilities
  • Own and manage one of the operational scopes: Content, Product, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, or Team.
  • Design tech-enabled, scalable solutions to power growth and efficiency; take full ownership of vertical and lead initiatives to improve performance.
  • Tackle rethinking revenue funnels and automating internal tooling or reshaping cross-functional workflows.
  • In Revenue Operations, redesign sales and account management processes to drive conversion and retention.
  • Rebuild and optimize the Customer Relationship Management system (Hubspot) to empower data-driven decisions.
  • Lead high-impact projects that directly influence top-line growth.
  • In Finance Operations, automate cash collection, invoicing, and reporting flows end to end.
  • Build internal tools that provide real-time visibility into financial performance.
  • Reimagine how money moves through the business and fix issues.
  • In Content Operations, scale creation and quality control of merchant offers across markets.
  • Build AI-driven tools to multiply team output and accuracy.
  • Help manage a dedicated Business Process Outsourcing team to deliver high-volume content at speed.
  • In Team Operations, own and evolve Joko's tool stack (Notion, Slack, Claude & MCPs) and automate cross-functional workflows; lead ESG, IT security, and simplification initiatives.
  • In Product Operations, optimize key product metrics and build tools that help Product teams move faster; own key product integrations with external partners.
  • In Marketing Operations, structure and scale how marketing performance is tracked and measured; automate workflows for growth and CRM teams; build internal systems for ROI visibility and decision-making
