Responsibilities
  • Understand, anticipate, and empathize with customer’s needs
  • Follow a structured team schedule and quality program guidelines
  • Assist customers via live chat, email, text, and phone
  • Identify process and product improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Work the shift time: 9am - 6pm PT Tuesday - Saturday
