Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Use business understanding and subject-matter expertise to resolve advertising materials of varying complexity, suggest alternative approaches, and apply judgment when determining exceptions.
  • Apply full understanding of Advertising Guidance Team processes and subject-matter expertise to complete assigned deliverables within internal time standards.
  • Complete tasks independently in alignment with policies and procedures, with management or senior-colleague review at critical points.
  • Strengthen relationships with senior internal and external peers, including regulators.
  • Apply judgment in alignment with policies and procedures to assess unusual circumstances, identify causes, and suggest innovative approaches for short-term needs.
  • Devise solutions with limited information by adapting existing approaches effectively.
  • Apply National Life Group values and Servant Leadership Tenets in daily work and model these principles for junior colleagues.
  • Use approved artificial intelligence tools where appropriate to improve work efficiency, quality, and impact.
  • Review and validate artificial-intelligence-generated content.

Desired Qualifications
