- Have 6 months to 1 year of professional internship experience in technology departments.
- Have basic knowledge of operating systems and Office tools.
- Have basic knowledge of networks, including connectivity and VPN.
- Be able to configure computers.

- Have knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Have technical education, be a university student nearing completion, or be a university graduate in Electronics, Systems, or a related field.
- Have basic English.
- Possess a personal vehicle and a Category D driver's license is desirable.
- Meet customer needs by preparing, installing, and providing incident support for serviced equipment.
- Ensure compliance with customer contractual commitments and inform the Supervisor or Manager about identified issues that could put those commitments at risk.
- Respond to incidents and requests in a timely manner, meet SLA requirements, and keep cases correctly updated.
- Manage technology infrastructure in line with customer OLA and SLA commitments and maintain the health of day-to-day processes with business units.
- Knowledge of ITIL is desirable.
- Having a personal vehicle and a Category D driver's license is desirable.
