Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or another research-related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts, particularly AOV, LTV, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
  • Experience with CRM systems, web analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Git and code management practices
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading or managing teams preferred
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop tailored data solutions
  • Synthesize data across multiple sources to develop insights and tell a story with data
  • Develop actionable optimization recommendations
  • Surface observations relating to customer trends and campaign/test performance
  • Assist in developing ways of answering unique questions and hypotheses to identify marketing opportunities
  • Establish and refine data models within the database for efficient data storage and retrieval
  • Maintain data accuracy through data quality controls and discrepancy auditing
  • Create and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
  • Leverage Python for advanced data transformations, automations, and integrations
  • Contribute to solutions for real-time data retrieval from various sources
