About the job
- Deep understanding of evaluations, reinforcement learning, and how large language models and agents work.
- Ability to read research papers and keep up with state-of-the-art literature.
- Ability to design projects from the ground up using creativity and research skills.
- High proficiency with coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code.
- Work directly with the Head of Engineering to build, scale, and deploy projects.
- Transition between customer-facing products and internal infrastructure.
- Take over key parts of the core simulation engine and add new features or improve performance.
- Drive key metrics such as throughput and cost.
- Ensure the software can scale to more than 10 billion events and tens of thousands of monthly users.
- Establish the engineering culture as the technical team scales.

Clients access a performance analytics dashboard to monitor these interventions.
