Responsibilities
Work closely with the Lead Agent and assigned crew to complete loading and unloading on time while following airline procedures and policies.
Perform duties in accordance with training, safety, and security protocols.
Deliver baggage promptly to assigned flights to minimize delays and support customer satisfaction.
Safely load and unload baggage from aircraft holds according to instructions and best practices.
Visually inspect equipment before use and immediately report faults or issues to the Baggage Hall Supervisor.
Inform the Baggage Hall Supervisor of challenges encountered during flights and communicate with supervisors and colleagues to address issues promptly.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments, Dublin Airport staff, and Airline Representatives to coordinate schedules, manage passenger flow, respond to operational challenges, and support smooth service delivery.

The Role
As a Baggage Handling Agent for Sky Handling Partner, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues across many departments as well as with staff at Dublin Airport and our Airline Representatives. Teamwork is essential to ensure a smooth service delivery, coordinating schedules, managing passenger flow, and responding efficiently to any operational challenges that may arise. By communicating effectively with your colleagues and supporting one another, you will help create a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for our passengers, while delivering exceptional services for our airline clients too.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the Lead Agent and assigned crew to ensure on-time completion of loading and unloading while adhering to airline procedures and policies.

Essential Criteria
