Requirements
  • 3 - 5 years of software development/automation experience
  • Strong expertise with n8n and/or similar tools (Kofax RPA, Node-RED, Power Automate)
  • Excellent knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, JWT

Responsibilities
  • Analyze internal processes (HR, Finance, IT, Customer Operations, Digital) and identify inefficiencies.
  • Implement automations using n8n, integrating Microsoft Teams (bots, notifications, conversational workflows), intelligent email automation, ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk), CRM and customer care platforms, and file automation (SharePoint, OneDrive, S3)
  • Design and integrate RAG pipelines (vector DB, document ingestion, semantic search) to support business processes.
  • Create intelligent assistants for customer service (dynamic FAQs, operator support), user onboarding, support for digital and omnichannel processes, and internal automations powered by LLMs (classification, summarization, routing)
  • Design multi-step AI agents based on OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Mistral / Meta Llama, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • Build scalable workflows in n8n using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, and cloud services.
  • Implement routing logic, intelligent decision-making, and event-driven automations.
  • Integrate automations with cloud environments (preferably Azure)
  • Monitor stability, performance, and costs of automations.
  • Document workflows, datasets, decision trees, and AI flows clearly and in a scalable way
Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ticketing and CRM systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Azure Functions, Logic Apps, serverless architectures knowledge
  • Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) and centralized logging experience
  • AI-driven classification, entity extraction, summarization experience
