Nike seeks a Lead Experience Designer passionate about crafting end-to-end branded experiences and believes in design’s power to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. You leverage design thinking and consumer insights to inform your solutions while having your finger on the pulse of future trends to define new opportunities for retail experiences.
Ideally, you bring deep expertise in branded environments but have breadth across brand design, retail design, graphic design or digital design. You are comfortable being a hands-on designer and confident working across all phases of design including creating consumer journeys, defining experience principles, ideating creative concepts, engaging with agencies, and knowledgeable with fabrication, construction, and other creative production methods.
You will work across multiple projects, partnering closely with our internal Global Brand Retail Design teams and our cross-functional partners, Global Retail Marketing and Store Development, to deliver 365 and seasonal signature services, develop foundational retail experiences, and define experience journeys and narratives. We are looking for someone who shares our drive and agility to explore the new, and who is passionate and eager to create boundary-breaking experiences.
Ensures project goals and priorities align with Nike retail brand and business strategies.
Develops presentation materials that effectively communicate strategy, concepts, and design to all levels of management and partners.
Collaborate with peers, design counterparts, internal partners (Brand, Retail Brand, Brand Creative, Digital, Brand Comms etc.) and external partners to ensure feasibility of designs and functional needs are met.
You may travel 10-20% of the time.
