Nintex strengthens long-term partner ecosystem strategy in Saudi Arabia during LEAP 2026. On: September 2, 2026 Nintex today reaffirmed its commitment to building a long-term partner ecosystem in Saudi Arabia, as the Kingdom's Year of Artificial Intelligence drives growing demand for automation and orchestration across regulated industries. The announcement comes as Saudi Arabia's Council of Ministers has declared 2026 the Year of Artificial Intelligence, backed by a national AI investment pipeline exceeding $100 billion. The Kingdom has built a full sovereign AI stack, from national compute and data infrastructure through to homegrown models such as HUMAIN's Arabic first ALLaM, giving organisations across government and enterprise the tools to build AI capability locally. Nintex's commitment to the Kingdom is not new. The company opened an office in Riyadh's Al Olaya business district in 2024, building out local teams across sales, customer success and channel and alliances to support Saudi customers and partners on the ground. Since then, demand has continued to build. Recent Nintex research, based on a survey of more than 500 Saudi organisations, found that 63 percent plan to implement a formal automation strategy within the next seven to twelve months, with 62 percent saying that combining AI with automation delivers the strongest business outcomes. Nintex research has also found that 86 percent of Saudi leaders see automation as the essential first step before AI can deliver value. Nintex puts forward that the gap sits not at the model layer, but at the process layer, where people, systems, data and rules actually meet, and that closing it is where partners play a critical role in helping organisations move from pilot to production. That is the focus of a keynote Nintex will deliver at its stand during LEAP 2026, where the company will set out how Nintex Automation K2, its locally hosted platform, embeds AI into governed workflows within an organisation's own environment. Aligned with the requirements of Saudi NCA and SDAIA regulations, this gives organisations the freedom to choose and change the AI model behind each process, from ALLaM for Arabic language services to fully private, on premises models. Mamoun Rahhal, Managing Director for Saudi Arabia and Upper Gulf at Nintex, said: "Our partners are how we truly scale in the Kingdom. We focus on training, enabling and educating local Saudi partners who are genuinely willing to invest in supporting the Kingdom's vision, especially around orchestration, in regulated industries like banking, government and healthcare. As Vision 2030 unfolds, we're building an ecosystem for the long term, encouraging partners to widen their expertise and keep pace with the Kingdom's growth." As part of this ecosystem approach, Nintex has announced Alnafitha IT as a partner in Saudi Arabia. The partnership combines Nintex's process automation and orchestration technology with Alnafitha IT's local implementation, integration and customer-support capabilities. Together, the companies will help Saudi organisations modernise complex processes while addressing local operational, data-governance and cybersecurity requirements. Nintex will be exhibiting throughout LEAP 2026 and invites attendees to visit its stand to see Nintex Automation K2 in action.

Nintex debuts new on-premises AI and simplified identity management for Nintex K2. Latest release introduces locally hosted AI, automated identity management, and continued accessibility improvements to help organizations automate business processes without compromising control. BELLEVUE, Wash.-BUSINESS WIRE- Nintex, a global leader in agentic business orchestration, today announced the release of Nintex K2 (5.9.1), the latest on-premises version of its business orchestration platform. The update added built-in on-premises AI capabilities, simplified identity management, and continued accessibility improvements for organizations operating in complex and regulated environments. "Organizations have been under pressure to adopt AI, but for many, especially in regulated environments, the barrier hasn't been interest, it's been how to apply it responsibly," said Niranjan Vijayaragavan, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Nintex. "K2 (5.9.1) is our first step in bringing AI directly into the platform in a way that fits how our customers operate today. By keeping AI within the boundaries they already trust, we're giving teams a practical entry point to start using AI in workflows where it adds value without disrupting the control and governance their processes depend on." Organizations face mounting pressure to adopt AI workflows while maintaining governance and data sovereignty As organizations look to adopt AI while maintaining strict governance and data sovereignty, K2 5.9.1 removes a key barrier: the need to choose between innovation and control. The release introduces a locally hosted AI engine, enabling intelligent automation that runs entirely within a customer's environment, without reliance on external APIs or cloud services during normal operation. New capabilities in the Nintex K2 platform Nintex K2 (5.9.1) focuses on reducing the operational friction that slows execution in complex environments, making it easier to embed AI into workflows, manage identity at scale, and help ensure applications remain accessible and compliant. New capabilities include: * Built-in, locally hosted AI: Organizations can embed AI directly into forms and workflows using out-of-the-box actions such as sentiment analysis and severity scoring. AI-driven decisions, including routing, prioritization, and issue detection, run entirely within the customer environment, with no external dependencies required to operate the platform. * Simplified identity federation: Automated onboarding for OIDC-compatible identity providers, combined with a guided setup experience and built-in synchronization, reduces the complexity of managing users across systems and keeps identity data current without manual intervention. * Enhanced accessibility and usability: WCAG runtime improvements for forms, including updates to contrast, zoom behavior, and focus states, help organizations meet accessibility standards. A new high-contrast style profile and greater control in the Workflow Designer, including optional auto-save behavior, improve usability for both end users and developers. K2 has long served as the orchestration layer for complex, case-driven processes. With 5.9.1, Nintex extends that foundation to support a new model of execution, one that combines deterministic workflows with AI-driven decisioning inside a governed environment. This approach enables organizations to: * Introduce AI incrementally, without disrupting existing systems * Maintain full visibility and control over automated decisions * Support compliance in industries where data sovereignty is non-negotiable About Nintex Nintex, the possibility engine(TM), helps organizations unlock the power of agentic business orchestration by combining process intelligence, workflow orchestration, low-code development, and agentic AI to build solutions designed for their unique business challenges.
