Requirements
  • Previous accounting and customer service experience is required.
  • The candidate must be able to troubleshoot, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and set priorities within time constraints.
  • The candidate must have organizational, time management, punctuality, and customer service skills.
  • A courteous and professional phone manner, demeanor, and attitude are essential.
  • The candidate must be able to meet deadlines.
  • The candidate must be able to problem solve and teach others.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide application support for integrated enterprise resource planning accounting construction software by investigating process, accounting, and operational cases.
  • Analyze data and user processes to identify deficiencies in processes, reports, or software functionality.
  • Use time management skills to resolve multiple client issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary support liaison between clients and Jonas.
  • Keep clients informed of issue progression and provide follow-up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments or offices to expedite resolutions.
  • Promote and maintain a high-quality, professional, service-oriented company image among clients.
Desired Qualifications
  • Application or customer support experience in the software industry is preferred.
  • Experience with accounting-based applications, preferably in construction, service, or related industries, is an asset.
  • An accounting degree is an asset.
