Requirements
  • You are a college student graduating in the spring of 2025
  • Strong project management skills, where you can execute with speed while handling research operations and research projects simultaneously.
  • An understanding for, and have practiced, core research methods (exploratory interviews, concept testing, usability and impression testing, etc.)
  • A love for discovering and sharing new, innovative research methods and approaches
  • You’re a great writer and a strong storyteller. You enjoy sharing your work and you’re comfortable giving presentations
  • You’re empathetic, curious and open-minded
  • Excitement for understanding customer needs, motivations, and pain points
  • Collaboration skills, adept at working with a diverse group of people with different experiences who take pride in mentoring and learning from others
  • Bonus: You have some experience with product design and/or product analytics
Responsibilities
  • Produce actionable insights that inform design and development
  • Design, conduct, and analyze product research, both foundational and tactical
  • Collaborate with product and design partners in informing designs with insights
  • Work with data analysts to answer questions using a mixed methods approach
  • Share research insights in creative ways to increase empathy
