Responsibilities
  • Assist Quality Supervisor in training and identifying training potentials for Quality Auditor team & Quality Checks.
  • Apply and assist auditing and enforcing quality requirements and standards for manufacturing products
  • Investigate held material and assist material owners to identify resources to disposition material including maintaining MRB log and scheduling review meetings.
  • Liaison with Fiberon Manufacturing trainer to identify training needs and improvement opportunities based on Quality spills and reoccurring concerns.
  • Update work instructions, forms and other documents to maintain the Quality System and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as training resource and expert for Fiberon auditing and QA Tech team.
  • Assist documentation and issue tracking for activities including layered process audits, gemba walks and start-up or shut-down checklist reviews.
  • Support coverage requirements for auditing as required.
  • Liaison with sourcing team to provide feedback on raw materials issues and new vendors.
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned as identified by need.
