Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Woodhaven, Michigan. We are open to both Full-Time and Part-Time candidates who are passionate about helping patients improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech-language therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic function, and swallowing safety.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent as required for licensure.
• Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or required as applicable to the position.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
