Responsibilities
  • Develop the long-term vision and strategy for Stripe’s OCS shopper experience, prioritize accordingly, and create an execution roadmap
  • Deeply understand our users’ needs by spending time with developers, sales, and support, and by observing patterns/trends across their feedback and the market
  • Set the pace, prioritization and execution for the team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations
