About the job
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must be able to lift over 70 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to maintain strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
- Repair and trim innersprings as they come off the machine.
- Attach border wire to innerspring units using an air-powered clip gun.
- Lift and place completed units onto the overhead carrier system.
- Keep the work area and equipment clean, safe, and organized at the end of each shift.
- Six months of prior manufacturing experience.
